What You'll Do

Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, valid OT license, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
What You'll Do
- Support occupational therapists in delivering therapy services
- Assist with assessment preparation and implementation of treatment plans
- Work directly with children on therapeutic activities and exercises
- Help implement fine motor, sensory, and self-care interventions
- Document observations and progress under OT supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare therapy materials and organize treatment spaces

Requirements

What You'll Do

- Implement speech and language exercises under SLP direction
- Work on articulation, language development, and communication strategies
- Create and organize therapy materials for communication activities
- Document progress and observations during sessions

Requirements
High school diploma, some training in communication disorders or related field preferred, excellent interpersonal skills, and dedication to helping children communicate.

Requirements

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioural and functional assessments
- Design individualized behaviour intervention plans using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles
- Supervise and oversee Instructor Therapists and other clinical staff
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed
- Provide training to staff, parents, and caregivers
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based behaviour intervention plans
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and case notes in compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervise clinical staff and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provide consultation and recommendations to the clinical team
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices; maintain your professional registration in good standing
Requirements
- Registered Behaviour Analyst, RBA (Ont.) in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), or eligible for immediate registration
- Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated expertise in ABA principles and methodologies
- Strong leadership, clinical supervision, and communication skills
Position Summary
The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all clinic locations, ensuring efficient service delivery, supporting our administrative team, and creating a positive experience for families and therapists. This role will work closely with the Directors to maintain operational excellence and support the continued growth of the organization.
1. Clinic Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of all three clinic locations
- Ensure clinics operate efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate schedules and optimize therapist utilization
- Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure all locations maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
2. Family Experience
- Ensure families receive exceptional service throughout their journey
- Act as the primary escalation point for parent concerns and service-related issues
- Work closely with the Family Care Coordinators to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new families
- Foster a culture focused on client satisfaction, communication, and retention
3. Therapist Management
- Support and coordinate our team of contractors across multiple disciplines
- Assist with therapist onboarding and orientation
- Ensure therapist schedules are effectively managed in collaboration with administrative staff
- Monitor documentation standards and operational compliance
- Build strong relationships with therapists and promote a positive working environment
4. Team Leadership
Provide leadership and support to the administrative team, including:
- Family Care Coordinator
- HR Administrator
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct regular team meetings
- Coach and mentor team members
- Delegate tasks and monitor workload
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and cross-department communication
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Support privacy, health and safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Promote continuous quality improvement across all clinic locations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of operations, clinic management, or healthcare leadership experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across several locations
- Proficiency with scheduling and administrative software
Good to Have
- Experience working in allied health, pediatric therapy, ABA, or healthcare settings
- Experience managing contractor-based teams
- Experience leading operations across multiple clinic locations
